Outdoor Alabama Android Mobile App Now Available on Google Play

MONTGOMERY, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR) is proud to announce its Outdoor Alabama mobile app is now available for Android users. The Outdoor Alabama mobile app offers a variety of useful tools and information for on-the-go hunters, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts throughout the state of Alabama and can be downloaded for free through the Google Play Store. This application provides the same features and tools as the Outdoor Alabama iPhone application, which was released this past October and has already seen over 5,700 downloads.   • Access to ADCNR hunting and fishing license sales and other ADCNR online services

  • Ability to report user's harvest through the ADCNR website

  • Access to hunting and fishing regulations as well as fish identification information

  • Personalized trophy case for logging and sharing your trophy harvest with friends via Facebook and email

  • Near Me mapping for locating wildlife management areas

  • ADCNR Facebook and news feed access

  • Access to daily feeding times and moon phases
