Lime Energy Delivers Energy Efficiency to New Jersey

One thousand projects completed since 2010

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lime Energy Co. (NAS: LIME) announced today the completion of their one thousandth project since beginning a contract to implement the Direct Install Program as part of New Jersey's Clean Energy Program. Over the three year contract term, Lime Energy has implemented energy efficiency solutions for 591 businesses and schools throughout Bergen, Essex, Passaic, Hudson and Union Counties - working together with TRC, the statewide Commercial & Industrial Market Manager. An additional 409 projects were able to leverage federal ARRA funds to cover all project costs at a wide variety of municipal facilities. Together, these projects have resulted in savings of over 29.5 million kilowatt hours and 348,000 therms of natural gas for New Jersey businesses and municipalities.
