20 Most Romantic Cities in America

Updated

How romantic is your city? That depends on how many romance novels, relationship books, love songs -- and, well, sex toys -- people in your city buy. Amazon.com released its annual list of the most romantic cities in America based on sales of its romance products, and the winner might surprise you. (This is its second time on the top of the love list.)

Amazon said it determined the results by "compiling sales data of romance novels and relationship books (Kindle books and print books); romantic comedy movies (digital and DVDs); a collection of romantic music from Dean Martin, Barry White, Luther Vandross, Maxwell and Miguel (CDs and MP3s); along with sexual wellness products, from Jan. 1, 2012 to Jan. 23, 2013 on a per capita basis in cities with over 100,000 residents." OK, so all this raises the question: Which is the least romantic city in America? That would be Boise, Idaho.
