NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CYS Investments, Inc. (NYS: CYS) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has established March 8, 2013, as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The annual meeting will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013, at 9:30 AM Eastern Time at the offices of K & L Gates LLP, State Street Financial Center, One Lincoln Street, 19th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts 02111.
