Here's how the team behind Doodle Jump plays on the big screen
We know, you love Doodle Jump. Hands down, it's one of the best endless ... jumpers of all time. But have you ever played on a screen bigger than the 9.7-inch iPad? Probably not, and if you have, there's no way it was this cool. Developer Lima Sky has a much more badass way of playing their most proud creation, Mashable found out after a visit to the studio's office in New York City.
Lima Sky has a custom-made arcade cabinet made just for one game: Doodle Jump. The machine features a jumbo-sized sliding joystick dedicated to guiding Doodler (how cute!) up the endless scattered platforms. According to Mashable, this special cabinet has made it into a few Chuck E. Cheese and Dave and Buster locations across the nation. And that's just he beginning for this 15 million download-strong mobile game. It's OK, we're so jelly, too.
