OraSure Earnings: What Happened?

Shares of OraSure Technologies were riding high in July after the company gained FDA approval to market its over-the-counter HIV testing kit. The stock's value has eroded since then, however, and is now at a 52-week low after its Q4 earnings results sent shares down more than 13% in intraday trading.
