HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aetna's (NYSE: AET) annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Friday, May 17, 2013. The annual meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. ET at the InterContinental Tampa in Tampa, Florida. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 15, 2013.
