(NAS: SRDX) , a leading provider of surface modification and in vitro diagnostic technologies to the healthcare industry, announced today that it will host a live webcast of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, February 11, at 4:00 p.m. CT.
Gary Maharaj, president and chief executive officer, Tim Arens, vice president of finance and interim chief financial officer, and Bob Buhrmaster, chairman of the board, will provide an overview of the broad outlook for the Company, and discuss financial results and achievements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2012 as well as results from the first quarter of fiscal year 2013.
