RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fossil, Inc. (NAS: FOSL) (the "Company") announced today that its earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 29, 2012, will be released prior to the market opening on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
In conjunction with the release, the Company will host a real-time webcast of the Company's fourth quarter and fiscal year 2012 earnings conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET on February 12, 2013.
To access the conference call, either during the conference call or for replay purposes, log on to www.fossil.com. On the homepage, click on "About us," located in the lower left side of the page, then select "Webcasts" under the Connections heading and choose the "4th Quarter and Fiscal Year 2012 Earnings Conference Call."
