SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Yahoo! Inc. (NAS: YHOO) CEO Marissa Mayer will participate in a question-and-answer session at the Goldman Sachs Technology and Internet Conference in San Francisco.

The session is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at 12:30pm PT / 3:30pm ET.
