Bristow Group Beats on the Top Line

EPS came in at $1.17. The six earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.87 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.00 for Q3 were 43% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.70 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 32.0%, 50 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 14.9%, 30 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 9.4%, 80 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $381.4 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.02.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $1.44 billion. The average EPS estimate is $3.65.
The stock has a four-star rating (out of five) at Motley Fool CAPS, with 224 members out of 235 rating the stock outperform, and 11 members rating it underperform.
