Brendan Byrnes: You mentioned entrepreneurs at eBay , Google , Facebook , what are some things, some traits, that they have and what do you think we can learn from them?

Maynard Webb: Well, first, they take risk. Right, they aren't afraid to get out there and make a difference in the world and not always be right and have people poke fingers and fun at them. So they're not afraid of taking risk. They are driven by a higher purpose, they know what they want to accomplish and then they just go to work to make that happen.

Brendan: Yeah, absolutely.

Maynard: I also on that point just really love that so many of them still are working when they no longer have to and they come in everyday to change the world.
