Updated

Entergy has declared its first quarterly dividend of 2013. The company is to pay $0.83 per share on March 1 to stockholders of record as of the end of Feb. 15.

That amount has been the same every quarter since mid-2010. At an annualized rate of $3.32, it represents a yield of 5.1% on the company's current share price.

The company, which is celebrating its 100-year anniversary this year, is to get a new CEO shortly. J. Wayne Leonard retired from the position at the end of January after serving notice last September. He had worked at Entergy since 1998.
