The MedDirect Point of Service portal is a web-based solution that streamlines payment processing for any required patient responsibility balance including co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and outstanding balances from previous service charges. The secure, cloud-based solution doesn't require any software or updates, is fully customizable by client location and user, and includes full-service support and on-site training.
