Emergent BioSolutions to Release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Financial Results and Conduct a Conference Call on March 7, 2013

ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYS: EBS) announced today that it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2012 on Thursday, March 7, 2013, after market close.

Company management will host a conference call at 5:00 pm Eastern on March 7, 2013 to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and full twelve months of 2012, recent business developments, revenue guidance for the first quarter of 2013 and revenue and net income guidance for full year 2013.
