Aqua America Declares March 2013 Dividend

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Aqua America, Inc. (NYS: WTR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.175 per share payable on March 1, 2013, to all shareholders of record on February 15, 2013.

The March dividend payment of $0.175 per share is 6.1 percent higher than the dividend the company paid in March 2012 of $0.165 per share. Aqua has paid a consecutive quarterly dividend for more than 65 years.
