This week, The Sims Social players prepare for Valentine's Day through a new theme, Romantic Garden. Inclusive of the Romantic Garden theme, players must "Help Restore the Secret Garden" in the "Cupid Crisis" quest, which is located in an all new location.

Players will discover that Cupid is in town and find that he needs help rebuilding his vandalized Romantic Garden in time for the lovey-dovey holiday. The first part of this quest is built over the span of three days. Here's what players will need to do in order to complete this first week and prep for next, straight from The Sims Social team at Playfish.

Step 1 – Trouble in Paradise

  • Open the gates to Cupid's Garden

  • 'Introduce Yourself'

  • 'I'll help you!'


Click on the gates to open them. And then go ahead and click on Cupid and select the option, 'Introduce Yourself!' Click on Cupid again and select the option, 'I'll help you!' Rewards: 20 LP, 30 Simoleons, 20 XP, 2 Energy

Step 2 – Trouble in Paradise

  • 'Search for Infestation'

  • Collect 3 Lovebugs


Click on any five flowers in the Secret Garden location and select the option, 'Search for Infestation'. Go ahead and collect three Love Bugs by asking friends for the same or clearing brambles around Cupid's garden. Rewards: 25 LP, 40 Simoleons, 25 XP, 2 Energy

Step 3 – Trouble in Paradise

  • Survey Damage for the Sapphire Lover's Cove

  • Survey Damage for Cupid's Fountain


Click on the Sapphire Lover's Cove and then select the option, 'Survey Damage'. Then go ahead and click on Cupid's Fountain and select the same option, 'Survey Damage'. Rewards: 30 LP, 50 Simoleons, 30 XP, 2 Energy

Step 4 – Trouble in Paradise

  • Complete 1 step of Cupid's Fountain of Love

  • Complete 1 step of the Sapphire Lover's Cove

  • Click on Cupid and ask 'How's It Looking Now?'


Rewards: 40 LP, 60 Simoleons, 40 XP, 3 Energy, Gold Leaf, Paramour Flower Light

Step 1 – Clean-up In Aisle "Love"


  • 'Lament' with Cupid

  • 'Ain't It A Shame?'


Click on Cupid and then select the option 'Lament', the go ahead and invite three different Sims over and click on them and select the option 'Ain't it a shame?' Rewards: 20 LP, 30 Simoleons, 20 XP, 2 Energy

Step 2 – Clean-up In Aisle "Love"

  • 'Water' any 7 flowers in Cupid's Garden

  • Have 5 Lovebugs


Remember you can ask friends to send you Love Bugs or collect them by clearing bramble around Cupid's Garden. Rewards: 25 LP, 35 Simoleons, 25 XP, 2 Energy, Love

Step 3 – Clean-up In Aisle "Love"

  • Have the Amour Embrace statue built

  • Build Stage 1 of the Sapphire Lover's Cove


Build the Amour Embrace statue by gathering all the necessary collectibles. Complete stage one of the Sapphire Lover's Cove by finishing all five steps. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 Simoleons, 40 XP, 2 Energy, Paramour Flower Tower

Step 1 – Love Springs Eternal

  • Click on Cupid and 'Reassure' him

  • Invite over or visit 3 Sims and ask if they 'Like Cupid's Garden?'


Rewards: 25 LP, 35 Simoleons, 25 XP, 2 Energy

Step 2 – Love Springs Eternal

  • Have 5 Lovebugs

  • Have 3 Cupid's Toolbox


You can collect Cupid's Toolboxes by asking friends to send you some, or clearing the Lady Bug artefact lying around. Rewards: 30 LP, 40 Simoleons, 30 XP, 2 Energy

Step 3 – Love Springs Eternal


  • Build Stage 1 of Cupid's Fountain of Love

  • Build Stage 2 of the Sapphire Lover's Cove


Complete stage one of Cupid's Fountain of Love by finishing all six steps. Complete the second stage of the Sapphire Lover's Cove by completing all five steps. Rewards: 40 LP, 50 Simoleons, 40 XP, 2 Energy, White Feather

Step 4 – Love Springs Eternal

  • Complete building Cupid's Fountain of Love

  • Make any Wish on Cupid's Fountain of Love!


Complete building Cupid's Fountain of Love by completing both stages. And then click on the fountain and select the option, 'Make a Wish'. Rewards: 50 LP, 60 Simoleons, 50 XP, 3 Energy, Orange Flower

Step 5 – Love Springs Eternal

  • Have 5 Puppy Love

  • Build Stage 3 of the Sapphire Lover's Cove


Collect Puppy Love by asking your friends to send you some. Complete stage three of the Sapphire Lover's Cover by completing all five steps. Rewards: 50 LP, 60 Simoleons, 50 XP, 3 Energy, Peace, Paramour Love Seat
