ServiceNow Nearly Doubles Revenue in Q4 and 2012

Updated

ServiceNow has posted its Q4 and 2012 results. For the quarter, the company took in revenues of just over $75 million, which was nearly double that of Q4 2011's figure. However, the firm still posted a loss at $9.9 million ($0.08 per diluted share). This was deeper than the year-ago quarter's loss of $6.8 million.

Full-year revenues also saw a sizable jump, by 90% on an annual basis, to $244 million. But, like the most recent quarter, bottom line was in the red, at $37 million ($0.51 per share). This was far worse than the $2 million the company lost in 2011.

Going forward, ServiceNow expects revenues of $81.5 million-$82.5 million for the current quarter, and an EPS loss of $0.04-$0.05. For the entirety of 2013, it anticipates top line of $387 million-$392 million. It did not specify what it was expecting in terms of profit.
