Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends
HERSHEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company (NYS: HSY) today announced quarterly dividends of $0.42 on the Common Stock and $0.38 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable March 15, 2013, to stockholders of record February 25, 2013. It is the 333rd consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 114th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
