HARMAN Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYS: HAR) declared a cash dividend on May 2, 2013 of $0.15 cents per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. The quarterly dividend will be paid on May 28, 2013, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2013.
