NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Great American Group, Inc. (OTCBB: GAMR), its real estate division GA Keen Realty Advisors and The Henderson Business Group have teamed up to market a specialty bakery and cookie manufacturing facility in Clear Lake, Iowa.
"In addition to the 52,275-square-foot food processing facility, the sale includes nearly 14 acres of property and all plant equipment, so it's a great turn-key opportunity for the right buyer," said GA Keen Co-President Matthew Bordwin.
The property is located south of State Highway 106 and offers easy access to Interstate 35. The building includes 4,342 square feet of office space, dry storage capacity of 9,000 square feet and combined cooling and freezing space representing about 4,000 square feet. Built in 2001 and renovated in 2005, the building has ceiling heights of 17.5 to 22 feet. The building is located on a 13.86-acre site, in an area zoned for light industrial use, with 7.75 acres of excess land.
Plant production lines include band oven baked cookie line, pail dough deposit line and pre-portioned puck line. Plant equipment includes a walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler, an ambient cookie cooling system, a dough-portioning machine, plant conveyors, and wrapping machines.
