CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Chemed Corporation (NYS: CHE) today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012, on Monday, February 18, 2013, at approximately 4 p.m., ET.

Chemed will host a conference call and webcast at 10 a.m., ET, on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, to discuss the company's quarterly results and to provide an update on its business.
