Aimco Increases Quarterly Common Dividend to $0.24 Per Share
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYS: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2012. On an annualized basis, this is a 26% increase compared to the dividends paid during 2012. The fourth quarter 2012 dividend is payable on February 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 15, 2013.
