Brendan Byrnes: So you've been COO at eBay , CEO of LiveOps, when did you realize that this mind-set had to change and how do you go about in an organization exactly changing that specifically?

Maynard Webb: Yeah, I think -- well I just saw more and more unhappy people as I went through my career and I saw very happy people that were making their own choices and I really don't like the fact that over half of the people in the U.S. today aren't happy in their jobs.

The place where we make our economics, the place where we spend all our time should be a place of inspiration and I think what's -- it's not that the companies are bad, it's just the time is different. In a world where in the consumer world you can get anything you want anytime, learn anything, it feels so much fresher than going into yesterday's work models at work. And so that's what -- I want to help frame for people what to do about this situation and how to take advantage of it.
