Brendan Byrnes: Kind of to expand on that, what do you think the linkup between employee happiness and employee engagement is with the success of a business overall?

Maynard Webb: I think there's a huge difference of how -- I think when companies engage their employees and employees are really passionate about what they do, far better impact than when you're just doing a job. Just think about how you say it and feel about it? Oh, I'm going to work. No, I'm going to go do my life's purpose! There's a big difference.
