GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spartan Stores, Inc., (NAS: SPTN) a leading regional grocery distributor and retailer, will announce its third quarter fiscal 2013 financial results after the stock market close on Wednesday, February 13, 2013.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results with additional comments and details on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. ET. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet hosted at Spartan Stores' website at www.spartanstores.com under the "For Investors" section and will remain available for replay on the Company's website for approximately ten days.
