D.R. Horton, Inc., America's Builder, Announces Pricing of Senior Notes

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYS: DHI) , America's Builder, announced that it has priced a registered underwritten public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.625% senior notes due 2018 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.75% senior notes due 2023. The senior notes due 2018 will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 3.625% per year and will mature on February 15, 2018. The senior notes due 2023 will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 4.75% per year and will mature on February 15, 2023. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on February 5, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions. D.R. Horton will use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBS Securities Inc., UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as Joint Book-Running Managers in the transaction.
