EPS came in at $1.71. The nine earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ predicted $1.69 per share. GAAP EPS of $1.34 for Q4 were 10% lower than the prior-year quarter's $1.49 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 66.7%, 10 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 18.4%, 10 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 10.5%, 240 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $664.9 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $1.15.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $2.72 billion. The average EPS estimate is $5.56.
The stock has a four-star rating (out of five) at Motley Fool CAPS, with 408 members out of 427 rating the stock outperform, and 19 members rating it underperform.
