PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE MKT:BKR) today confirmed that Korn/Ferry International has been engaged to assist its Board of Directors in the selection of a Chief Executive Officer. Scott Kingdom of Korn/Ferry's Chicago office and Richard Preng from the firm's New York office are leading the engagement, which will include the consideration of both external and internal candidates.
