DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NAS: XTEX) (the Partnership) and Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NAS: XTXI) (the Corporation) will hold a conference call to discuss fourth-quarter and full year 2012 financial results on Friday, March 1, at 10:00 a.m. Central time (11:00 a.m. Eastern time).
