Former AUXILIO Client Joseph E. Sullivan Joins Company as National 'Client-in-Residence'

MISSION VIEJO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AUXILIO, Inc. (OTCBB: AUXO), the nation's leading Managed Print Services (MPS) company for health care, announces the appointment of Joseph E. Sullivan, a 30-year hospital executive and the former Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Barnabas Health in New Jersey as a key advisor. Mr. Sullivan will act as AUXILIO's national 'client-in-residence' on its MPS strategy to new prospects and existing customers in support of the company's overall goals. He will report to Simon Vermooten, Executive Vice President of Solutions and Business Development.

During Mr. Sullivan's 1996 to 2011 tenure as CIO at Barnabas Health, AUXILIO's MPS program was incorporated into the six-campus hospital system's IT strategic plan as part of its goal to reduce volume and control costs on print-related assets and expenses, as well as improve its print infrastructure processes and end-user satisfaction. Barnabas Health has continued its business relationship with AUXILIO since 2005, renewing its contract through 2016.

"Joe is one of the country's most highly respected IT executives in the health care industry who is widely known in the Healthcare Information Technology profession for his strong leadership skills, innovative and progressive strategic planning abilities and business acumen," said Joseph J. Flynn, president and chief executive officer of AUXILIO. "His hands-on experience and direct knowledge as a former long-time client of AUXILIO is invaluable. He understands the value that our MPS strategy delivers to hospitals in driving cost out of print-related expenses. We welcome Joe to AUXILIO in this important role as we continue to ramp up our marketing and business development outreach to satisfy the growing interest in our company's MPS solutions."

In accepting his new position with AUXILIO, Mr. Sullivan said, "AUXILIO's MPS strategy and on-site experts eliminates a hospital IT department's challenge of managing complex print environments. I've seen the results they deliver first-hand. A key advantage is that AUXILIO is service-centered, health care exclusive, and maximizes its business partnership with hospitals by collaborating through an Operating Council to meet financial and strategic operational goals."

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS); a past member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), and is a past member of Healthcare Information Systems Executives Association (HISEA), serving as its Chairman in 1997-1998.

AUXILIO is the only vendor neutral, health care exclusive MPS company in the country, and provides full-time, on-site teams of customer service and technical representatives to its hospital customers. It is at the forefront of providing specialized knowledge of hospital print environments that ensures cost reduction through continuous process improvements and strategies to reduce the production of documents substantially. Since December 2011, the company has doubled the number of hospitals in its national portfolio and provides its services to thousands of affiliated clinical and administrative facilities which will save in excess of $70 million for its current hospital customers over their contract terms.
