WINCHESTER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trex Company, Inc. (NYS: TREX) , the leading manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and railing, will release its fourth-quarter-2012 results before the NYSE opens for regular trading on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
