Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Distribution of $0.75 per Unit
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. (NYS: RNF) announced today the declaration of a cash distribution of $0.75 per common unit for the fourth quarter of 2012. The distribution is payable on February 14, 2013 to holders of record as of February 7, 2013.
The cumulative cash distribution paid for the twelve months ending December 31, 2012 will be $3.30 per unit, which exceeds the Partnership's previous guidance of $3.27 per common unit (as described in its press release dated December 17, 2012).
As previously announced, the Partnership will hold a conference call to discuss financial results for the fourth quarter of 2012 on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. PST.
