The Middleby Corporation Acquires Spooner Vicars Bakery Systems

ELGIN, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Middleby Corporation (NAS: MIDD) today announced the acquisition of Spooner Vicars Bakery Systems, a leading manufacturer of baking systems for the cookie and cracker industry. Headquartered in Merseyside, United Kingdom, Spooner Vicars has annual revenue approaching $10 million.
