CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hillshire Brands' (NYS: HSH) board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on the corporation's common stock, payable on April 5, 2013. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.
