BUFFALO, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MOD-PAC CORP. (NAS: MPAC) (the "Company"), a high value-added, on-demand print services firm that designs and manufactures custom and stock folding cartons, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2012 financial results before the opening of financial markets on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. A conference call and webcast will follow at 10:30 a.m. ET, in which management will discuss the Company's financial results and business strategy, followed by a question-and-answer session.
