In today's Free Tips Tuesday Episode, we looked into the San Francisco 49ers offensive playbook to find one of the best power running plays in the game.
Formation: I-Form Niners Heavy
Play: Off Tackle
Setup:
Motion your DT (offset fullback) to the right.
When done correctly, you should get at least a 5 yard gain every play. You can also flip the play to the other side so that your opponent doesn't stack one side of the field with defenders.
