EQT Midstream Partners Declares Quarterly Distribution
PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- - EQT Midstream Partners, LP, an EQT Corporation company, today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.35 per unit for the fourth quarter of 2012. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2013 to all unitholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2013.
