ChefVille 'The Artichoke Roaster' Quests: Everything you need to know

Updated

As you continue to work on the dishes and quests in ChefVille's Valentine's Day event, you've likely noticed that Roasted Artichokes have only previously been available as quest rewards. For a time, the only way to earn extras was to purchase them with Chef Cash (or get lucky enough to earn them when visiting friends), but that all changes this afternoon via the launch of the Artichoke Roaster and a three-part quest series from Ginger. These "Artichoke Roaster" quests will only be available for five days, but we're here with a guide to help you get started. Let's go!

Hearts On Fire

  • Place and Build the Artichoke Roaster

  • Craft 2 Roasted Artichokes

  • Tend 5 Neighbors' Bread Racks

The Artichoke Roaster can be placed via this quest window and unwrapped using three energy. From there, you'll need to collect two Heart Holders, two Butter Basters, two Heart-Shaped Oven Gloves, and five Artichoke Peelers. The Peelers are

earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors, but the other three items can be earned via general news posts on your wall. When it's done, you can combine two Artichoke Hearts with one Salt to create one Roasted Artichoke Heart every 30 seconds. Completing this quest gives you four Dough, 10 XP and 20 coins.

Beauty and the Feast

  • Cook 5 Times with Roasted Artichoke Hearts

  • Have 4 Red Tablecloths

  • Harvest 6 Wild Onions

The Roasted Artichoke Hearts can most easily be used inside the Roasted Hearts of Artichoke Pizza, which is available for cooking inside the Lovin' Oven. This recipe requires one Roasted Artichoke, one Dough and one Mozzarella to prepare. If you have enough Dough and Mozzarella, you can finish this task within 10 minutes since the Pizza takes just two minutes to cook. You'll receive just 10 XP for finishing this quest.

Dough of Hearts

  • Craft 3 Dough on the Mixer

  • Have 7 Pizza Passion

  • Earn 2 Love Letters on Roasted Hearts of Artichoke Pizza

The Dough requires Flour and Milk to craft, while the Pizza Passion can be earned by sending out individual requests to your neighbors for help. This is an important thing to note, since the quest window say that you're just supposed to "post for help" for these items, which actually isn't the case. You'll receive one Instant Thyme, 15 XP and 30 coins for completing this final quest.

All things considered, these quests are actually pretty easy to complete, but you're still on a five day time limit to finishing them all off. Good luck!
