MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EdR (NYS: EDR) , a leader in the ownership, development and management of collegiate housing, announced today that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable May 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2013.
