Kofax to Announce Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year Ended December 31, 2012 on February 11, 2013

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kofax^® plc (ISE: KFX) , a leading provider of Capture Enabled BPM™ (business process management) solutions, today announced it will publish its interim unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended December 31, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. UK time on Monday, February 11, 2013.

Chief Executive Officer Reynolds C. Bish and Chief Financial Officer Jamie Arnold will present and review the results and conduct a question and answer session in the London offices of FTI Consulting on February 11 at 8:00 a.m. UK time / 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time in the US.
