STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HARMAN, the global audio and infotainment group (NYS: HAR) , will announce results for its Fiscal 2013 Second Quarter on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. EST.

At 11:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, January 31, 2013, HARMAN's management will host an analyst and investor conference call to discuss the second quarter results.
