CareView Communications, Inc. Completes Installation at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas and Glenwood Regional Medical Center

LEWISVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the completion of installation of its CareView System^® products and services at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas ("The Medical Center") and the Behavioral Health Unit at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, Louisiana ("Glenwood Regional"), both owned by IASIS HealthCare ("IASIS"). The installation of 198 of The Medical Center's 224 beds and the 50-bed Behavioral Health Unit at Glenwood Regional come on the heels of the signing of a multi-hospital agreement with IASIS, a leading owner and operator of acute care hospitals in urban and suburban markets ("IASIS"), which includes 20 hospitals and more than 4,400 licensed beds. This brings the current IASIS installed bed total to 848 in 5 facilities.

The Medical Center opened in April of 2005 with all private rooms, the most modern medical technology and a commitment to make the patient experience as pleasant as possible.
