LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tenneco Inc. (NYS: TEN) plans to issue its fourth quarter and full year 2012 earnings release before the market opens on Thursday, January 31, 2013, and hold a conference call the same day at 9:00 a.m. ET. The purpose of the call is to discuss the company's results of operations for the last fiscal quarter and year ending 2012, as well as provide updated information regarding matters related to the company's outlook. The company will provide its annual revenue guidance on February 14 during its previously announced investor and analyst meeting in New York.
