CareView Communications, Inc. Announces Execution of Hospital Agreements with Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute and Other Healthcare System

LEWISVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CareView Communications, Inc. ("CareView" or the "Company") (OTCQB: CRVW), an information technology provider to the healthcare industry, announced today the execution of a hospital agreement with Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute ("BHRI"). BHRI is part of Baptist Health, the most comprehensive healthcare system in Arkansas. Located on the campus of Baptist Health Medical Center-Little Rock, BHRI is Arkansas's most experienced physical medicine and rehabilitation hospital. BHRI offers a full range of individualized evaluations and services on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Samuel A. Greco, CareView's Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are proud that Baptist Health has asked us to expand our presence with them by installing the CareView System in Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute. The Company also signed an agreement with a hospital system consisting of 7 acute care facilities located in Florida. The hospital agreement calls for a system-wide installation of CareView's data and patient monitoring system (the CareView System^®) in an initial 140 beds across the hospital system. Details regarding the plans of those 7 hospitals as to location and roll-out will be announced upon completion of the initial installation. The total number of beds in the system is approximately 1600.
