SUPERVALU (NYS: SVU) reported earnings on Jan. 10. Here are the numbers you need to know.

For the quarter, gross margin was 21.2%, 50 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 2.0%, 50 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 0.2%, 920 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
