Intuit Schedules Annual Stockholder Meeting for Jan. 17

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intuit Inc. (NAS: INTU) will hold its annual stockholder meeting on Thursday, Jan. 17 at 8 a.m. Pacific time at its Mountain View, Calif., headquarters.


Brad Smith, Intuit's president and chief executive officer, will present the company's fiscal year 2012 results and discuss the company's strategy for growth.

The meeting will be webcast live on Intuit's website at http://investors.intuit.com/events.cfm. A replay of the webcast will be available approximately 24 hours after the meeting ends.
