Martin Biegelman, Phoenix, AZ

Mr. Biegelman is a recognized expert on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption compliance, financial investigations, due diligence and corporate compliance design and implementation. Throughout his more than 35-year career, he has held leadership positions in law enforcement, consulting and the corporate sector and is widely considered to be a subject matter expert in the detection, investigation, and prevention of fraud and corruption.

Ryan Bilbrey, Los Angeles, CA

Mr. Bilbrey leads Navigant's West Region Technology Solutions practice. Mr. Bilbrey has been in the litigation consulting field for more than 19 years, and has extensive experience directing the identification, collection, analysis, processing, hosted review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). His current focus is electronic discovery, ESI processing/hosted review, and strategic consulting regarding workflows in all stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

Francis Bonanno, New York, NY

Mr. Bonanno has 30 years' experience in healthcare administration. He has extensive experience in both hospital and medical group healthcare administration, specializing in operational assessment and reengineering, managed care contract negotiations, service line development and revenue optimization strategies, physician compensation and productivity design and in the evaluation of various provider integration strategies.

Mr. Elkington has 24 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer engaged in the construction and engineering sectors. For the last 20 years he has been primarily involved with FIDIC based civil engineering, rail, infrastructure and building contracts, and EPC and fabrication contracts relating to oil and gas and power projects. Mr. Kapoor has expertise in the valuation of asset backed securities and credit derivatives, including residential mortgage backed securities, cash and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and credit default swaps.
