SYKESVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GSE Systems, Inc. ("GSE" or "the Company") (NYSE MKT: GVP) today announced that it has signed an engagement agreement with investment banking firm Valufinder Group, Inc. to assist the Company in identifying potential targets for mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and abroad.
