David Rossi Joins CTPartners as Partner in the Industrial Practice
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CTPartners (NYSE MKT: CTP), a leading global retained executive search firm, announced today that David Rossi has joined the firm as a Partner in the Industrial Practice. Mr. Rossi's focus is on serving clients in the natural resources and diversified manufacturing sectors. He is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Rossi joins CTPartners from Korn/Ferry International, where he was a Senior Client Partner in the firm's Global Industrial Market, serving as Global Sector Leader of Basic Materials. He has successfully completed assignments for senior general management and boards of directors specializing in operations, business development, corporate development, supply chain, commercial, and strategic management functions.
Prior to his search career, Rossi spent 18 years in strategic consulting, including his role as Global Industry Leader of Accenture's Forest Products and Building Materials Practice. In addition to this industry leadership role, Rossi served as the offering lead for Plants and Assets across the chemical & natural resources sectors in North America. He entered the consulting profession with Arthur D. Little. His earlier experience includes operations management with General Foods and his service as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
A graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point, Rossi earned an MBA from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University.
